Speaking on the campaign of the major political candidates and their parties, Jaruma said Nigerians should be careful not to wholly trust the abilities of Obi who has gained popularity on social media and amongst the youth.
Citing the 2015 election and the emergence of Buhari as president that year, she opined that Nigerians are disappointed in the abilities of the president.
His inability to tackle the insecurity has made him unpopular.
She said: “The biggest problem we are facing right now is that we don’t know who we can trust. Have we forgotten so soon that 8 years ago this is how we loved, trusted, and voted for Buhari?
“In that elections, we refused to allow anyone to rig the elections because we all loved Buhari. We felt like he is the one, the light, the one to fix Nigeria. We said he doesn’t steal and he is not corrupt, but guys look at it now.”
“We might make the same mistake with Peter Obi, thinking that he will solve everything.”
