The NDC has strategically chosen Zurak Park in Madina, while the NPP will gather at nearby Legon, setting the stage for what promises to be a intense political spectacle.
NDC Preparations
At the Zurak Park, NDC supporters are working meticulously to prepare for the rally featuring former President John Dramani Mahama. Ludwig Hlodze, the party’s Director of Logistics and Protocol, confirmed that preparations are in full swing, with police support in place to manage the anticipated crowds.
“We are making sure everything is being done well to welcome John Dramani Mahama,” Hlodze stated. “The Inspector General of Police has already visited the site, and we have secured police support to control the crowd.”
NPP’s Excitement Builds
Not to be outdone, the NPP is equally enthusiastic about their Legon venue. Isaac Jay Hyde, the Deputy National Youth Organizer, expressed confidence in their preparations and extended an invitation to all Ghanaians.
“Everything has been smooth, and we are ready,” Hyde said. “We are inviting all Ghanaians to be here and to listen to the good message the NPP has for them.”
