Former Higher Education Minister BRIAN MUSHIMBA says the implementation of free education is likely to reduce the inequalities which currently exist in Zambian.
Dr. MUSHIMBA says government must be applauded for implementing free education policy because it is a step in the right direction.
Speaking in an Interview with ZNBC News from his base in Canada, Dr. MUSHIMBA says despite the challenges that have come with free education, access to education is more beneficial.
Dr. MUSHIMBA, who is Former Kankoyo Member of Parliament, says despite the lack of desks and classroom space, communities surrounding schools must work with government to make education enjoyable for their children.
