The Ghana Football Association has marked the 2023 International Women’s Day with some packages for female stakeholders in the football industry.
As part of activities marking this year’s celebration themed #EmbracEquity, the GFA has announced free License C Coaching Course for 30 women and free License D Coaching Course for 40 women.
The Association is also expected to hold a stakeholders workshop to discuss and firm up the New GFA Women’s Football Strategy.
There were also goodies for women in football as the Association gave out call credits on its respective Women Premier League and National teams social media pages.
The Course is in line with the new CAF Coaching Convention which makes provision for coaching courses for all licenses every two (2) years after obtaining the licences without which the licence expires.
