Mamelodi Sundowns took a major step toward the semifinals of the Caf Champions League by defeating Algerian hosts CR Belouizdad 4-1 at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Algiers on last Saturday night.

The return leg match will be held at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Tshwane on Saturday, 29 April 2023.

Simba SC vs Wydad Casablanca

Tanzania’s super house Simba SC on Saturday beat defending Champions Wydad Casablanca by 1 -0 in the CAF Champions League quarter-finals first leg match at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

The return leg is scheduled for 28 April 2023 at the 67,000-capacity Mohammed V Stadium in Morocco.

Goal Scorer;

The Congolese forward, Jean Baleke Othos scored the only goal in the 30th minute thanks to an assist from Denis Kibu Prosper.

Al Ahly vs Raja Casablanca

Al Ahly claimed a hard-earned 2-0 win over Raja Casablanca in a CAF Champions League quarterfinal, first-leg match which was staged at the Cairo International Stadium last Saturday night.

The Egyptians will travel from their comfort zone to Morocco next weekend, 29 April 2023 for the return clash in the Mohammed V Stadium in Morocco.

JS Kabylie vs ES Tuins

The Algerian club was defeated by their counterparts from Tunisia at the 25,000-seated capacity Stade du 1er November 1954 in Algeria. Espérance Sportive de Tunis, also known as ES Tunis won by lone goal by the Mohammed Ali Ben Hammouda on the 54^th minute.
