President-Elect John Dramani Mahama has announced a six-member team to oversee and coordinate national security issues pending substantive appointments.
In a statement signed by the Special Aide, Felix Kwakye Ofosu disclosed that the former Minister for the Interior, Prosper Douglas Bani, will lead the team. Their mandate begins on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
Other members of the team include:

Kofi Totobi Quakyi, former Minister for National Security
Larry Gbevlo-Lartey Esq., former National Security Coordinator
Brigadier General Fuseini Iddrissu (Rtd.)
