Ghana’s women’s national football team, the Black Queens, held a rigorous training session on Tuesday evening in the Beninois capital, Cotonou, for their second round phase of the Paris 2024 Olympic Qualifier against Benin.
21 Black Queens players made the trip as Head coach of Black Queens, Nora Hauptle supervised the team training ahead of their first leg fixture tobe played on Friday.
Ghana will host the Beninois at the Accra sports Stadium on October 31.
As the two spots for the 2024 Paris edition remain up for grabs, CAF’s representatives will be known in April 2024 setting the stage for tough qualifiers with focus on the countries that played at the recent World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
