Early promoter and investor in Bitcoin, Roger Ver is sometimes called “Bitcoin Jesus”. Known as “Bitcoin Jesus,” Roger Ver was one of the earliest promoters of Bitcoin in 2011. He was one of the early adopters of blockchain technology and has invested large sums of money into startups such as Bitcoin, Ripple, Kraken, and Purse.io. Additionally, he was one of the first entrepreneurs to accept crypto as payment. Bitcoin and crypto are frequently discussed in his writings, along with ethical considerations around the crypto world.

Besides being the co-founder of Bitcoin Magazine, he also serves as the editor of that magazine. This magazine is regarded as one of the world’s most reliable sources for information on cryptocurrencies, specifically the Bitcoin cryptocurrency. At present, Vitalik is continuously working on Ethereum, focusing on scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness improvements.

The Winklevoss twins, Cameron and Tyler, are perhaps the most famous crypto investors in the world. As well as launching the world’s first exchange-traded fund on a major stock exchange and supporting Bitcoin’s development, they’re known for their legal battle with Mark Zuckerberg over Facebook’s origins. The brothers’ history with Bitcoin goes back to 2011 when they started investing into Bitcoin-related ventures. Over the years, they have become some of the most prominent investors in the space and invested in companies like BitPay, Coinbase, and Gemini.

6. Alex Reinhardt

With over 20 years of experience as a venture capitalist, Alex Reinhardt is a crypto expert with a huge following on Instagram. The most notable project of Alex Reinhardt is PLC Ultima, a massive crypto-infrastructure project with 1.5 million users around the globe that makes blockchain and cryptocurrencies useful to everyone in their real life. In addition to writing a best-selling book, Alex is a motivational writer and a business coach who talks about ways to become richer with crypto.

In the crypto industry, Brian Armstrong, who is both the CEO and the co-founder of Coinbase, is one of the most influential figures. In addition to bringing crypto to the masses, his company has helped over 20 million people buy and sell crypto through its company. Furthermore, Armstrong is a member of OpenOcean’s board, which is a decentralized application protocol that is open source.

Dan Held

In addition to being an educator on Bitcoin, Dan Held advises Trust Machines on marketing strategies, and he has more than 850,000 social media followers. His experience includes being the Director of Growth Marketing at Kraken, one of the world’s largest and most well-known cryptocurrency exchanges, as well as working for Uber and ZeroBlock (acquired by Blockchain.com).

Jihan Wu

Jihan Wu is the chairman of Bitmain, a company that has become one of the world’s largest Bitcoin mining pools and miners. As such, he has amassed a fortune in the process. He also co-founded BTC China, the first exchange to offer trading in Chinese yuan. Wu is known for his outspoken stance on Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. He has been highly critical of government regulation and even called for banning all cryptocurrencies from China. His comments have been widely reported on by major news outlets around the world.

10. Chris Larsen

Ripple’s Chris Larsen

Chris Larsen is the co-founder and CEO of Ripple, a company that provides financial settlement services for banks and other financial institutions. In 2008, Larsen co-founded Ripple as a way to solve the problem of global payment processing. The company’s goal was to create an open source software platform for sending money internationally using Bitcoin instead of fiat currency. While Larsen is best known for his work at Ripple Labs, he has also been involved in other tech startups like OpenCoin and Kiva.
