The Police after a week of sustained intelligence-led operation have arrested the key suspects involved in the murder of Imoro Sherrif, the soldier who was found dead at Taifa Ashiaman on 4th March, 2023.
The police said key suspects have been arrested and more details will be given in the subsequent publications to the general public.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Armed Forces conducted a swoop this week and arrested several suspects where many youths were brutalized. Many Ghanaians including members of parliament, and traditional leaders have condemned the swoop conducted by Forces.
The military high command in a statement yesterday said, their actions were sanctioned and their target was “to fish out the perpetrators of the heinous crime”.
