The Technical University Teachers’ Association of Ghana (TUTAG) on Saturday, December 10 suspends the strike action which started on November 18, 2022.
The strike action which affected many activities on various campuses for almost a month has been infinitely suspended and TUTAG edge all workers to resume work on Monday, December 12, 2022.

The Union thanked the Education minister and the National Labour Commission for helping them reach an agreement with the parties involved regarding their allowances.
On Wednesday, December 7, the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) said Ghana’s tertiary education heading in danger, since the strike action has halted many activities including graduation ceremonies, supervision of project works, marking exam scripts and others.
