King Mohammed VI has sent a message of congratulations to Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his re-election as President of Turkey.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan has emerged victorious in Turkey’s presidential election, securing a third term by defeating his opponent Kemal Kilicdaroglu in the runoff vote held on Sunday.
According to preliminary official results announced by Turkey’s Supreme Election Council (YSK), with 99.43% of the votes counted, Erdogan had secured over 52% of the votes, while Kilicdaroglu received nearly 48%. These results confirm Erdogan’s win in the election.
