Nigeria’s Super Falcons have arrived in Casablanca for their quarter-final clash against the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon at the ongoing Women’s African Cup of Nations.
The Super Falcons finished second in Group C with six points behind the Banyana Banyana of South Africa.
The nine-time African champions bounce back from an opening day defeat against rivals South Africa to defeat debutants Botswana and Burundi by 2-0 and 4-0 respectively.
The Falcons played all three group game matches at the Stade Moulay Hassan Stadium in Rabat but will now switch the venue to the Stade Mohamed V Stadium in Casablanca where they will take their next opponents on Thursday, July 14.
The team’s arrival was confirmed by the Super Falcons official Twitter handle on Monday, July 11.
