International Afropop superstar Davido has revealed the dates and venues for his much-anticipated ‘Timeless West Africa Tour’ taking place this December.
The multiple award-winning singer will be performing in eight cities across Nigeria, Ghana and Benin.
“West Africa we’re about to light up December! TIMELESS coming to a city near you,” Afropop icon Davido announced today on his Instagram page, revealing details for his massive ‘Timeless West Africa Tour.’
Kicking off the regional tour is a show at the Dome Event Centre in Asaba, Delta on December 13th. Davido then moves on to Eagle Square in Abuja on December 14th before hitting the Yakubu Gowon Stadium in Port Harcourt on December 17th.
On Christmas Eve, December 24th, the singer will light up Eko Hotel in Lagos. The next day, December 25th, Davido heads to the Benikrukru School Field in Warri, Delta for a special Christmas Day performance.
After the holiday, Davido returns for a December 27th show at Landmark Beach in Lagos. The tour then extends outside Nigeria with a December 29th concert at El Wak Stadium in Accra, Ghana. The ‘Timeless West Africa Tour’ finally wraps up on December 30th at Amazin Square in Cotonou, Benin.
Judging from his announcement post, Davido looks more than ready to set December ablaze across West Africa’s music landscape. The 8-date itinerary is lined up to feature the biggest bangers of his career alongside soon-to-be classics from his forthcoming album, ‘Timeless.’
With his stage presence and outstanding catalogue, Davido is truly poised to make this a pan-African ‘Timeless’ tour for the ages.
